Umm Mr. Steward, you outrageously – and falsely – suggest that if Americans don’t purchase insurance, and/or don’t submit said information to the Feds, that people won’t be “penalized”? And that if said individuals don’t pay that penalty, that they won’t be charged with a misd with a max fine of $25K and one year in jail? Really, then why did Pelosi, and seen in a video, suggest that jail time is “fair” because everyone needs healthcare?
