    :shock: Maybe its just me….Lord I hope not…but I viewed that exchange as one between rationality and insanity. Holder went to Harvard for pity’s sake. He knows, or should know, the dangerous and unworkable path he is taking us down. Grahamnisty’s questions were directly to the point. Every swinging dick captured on the battlefield at the point of his “arrest and before interogation” must be given their “Miranda” rights or not. There can be no gathering of the facts….gathering of the facts????!!! You are seriously contemplating asking a combat grunt, on the battlefield, to gather facts, ….These people are wearing us down with their insanity. I can’t write any more about this, it is so stupid. Bottomline: The 0 is determined to have his show trial. He has the power but by God he doesn’t have the right. Usurper and traitorous bastard (with all due respect).

      “Holder went to Harvard for pity’s sake.” So? Lots of folks went to Haavahd who have contributed heavily to the impending death of this country.

      Were I in a position to make hiring decisions, the Haavahd resumes would go into a separate stack. That stack would be labeled “last resort”.

      Okay I admit to watching Holder only on news coverage, and his statement that he would make decisions where KSM would be tried, not KSM flies in the face of logic. KSM wamted to be tried in NYC.

      Not sure anyone really realized what truly has happened here but He took personal responsibility for bringing a foreign national combatant into the general felony crimes court system, with all the trimmings of the beloved justice system that discourages nothing, does not have swift, certain or severe punishment, that makes a joke of the police and the victims can basically go to hell.

      Eric have you ever once imagined what it must have been like to jump from the 100th floor of the World Trade Center or what if must have been like to be Johnny Micheal Spann, CIA Clandestine Services Officer, surrounded, outgunned and outnumbered, beat almost to death then sjoved to his knees and had his head blown off, leaving three little kids and wife?

    Holder is a fucking Nazi. If KSM is tried in Federal Court he has the option of representing himself. If he chooses to do so, all the evidence and intel relevant to his case must be given to him. How the fuck is that going to play out? Now, if we want to have the trial of the century, let’s indict the whole fucking Obama administration for treason.

      You have read my mind. Perhaps this entire farce will lead to consequences that dEar Leader did not think about. “Take no prisoners”.

      As awful as FDR was, at least when non-uniformed enemy combatants were captured, he made darn sure the military hearings were swift, and the executions carried out without a bunch of hand-wringing.

    Holder is the dumbest mother fucker I’ve seen to date out of this asshat administration. Battlefield commanders MUST interogate prisoners to gather intel to protect troops. Mirandizing their prisoners would be completely counterproductive to what the fuck they’re trying to do. THere is absolutely no upside to dragging KSM into court. Wait there might be one… the complete repudiation of god-damn liberal fuck faces like Holder and Obambi.
