Fag or not, the rules are the rules. If I can’t smoke inside then Kevin Spacey can’t smoke inside. If you don’t like the rules the get them changed for everyone. This is what happens when you surrender your freedoms; no matter how small to the nanny state.
The difference between class and trash
I’m a smoker. I would love to be able to smoke wherever I want. But, due to the lib douchebags, I can’t. I accept that, and don’t smoke where it’s not allowed. Do I like it? NO. When It’s snowing like a bat outta hell, and I’m in a bar, I hate having to go outside to smoke a butt. But I do it anyway. Spacey is a punk.

The law is the law. You may not like it but it should apply to everyone equally. Spacey is a jerk if this is true. I hope the guy sues and wins. It matters not that the guy is or is not gay. Who cares - it has nothing to do with the fact that he was just doing his job.
If you don’t like the law, change it. But until that day, you observe it because we live under the rule of law in a republic.

It does’nt matter if the employee is gay or not.His company should have stood by him for enforcing the rules.Case closed.But my ex-wifes niece who is in the entertainment business and she is a lesbian and says apparently it’s not a big secret that Kevin Spacey is supposedly gay also.Maybe this was Kevins way of flirting with this guy and it was taken to far.Either way I hope the guy get’s his job back.It reminds me of one time when I was in an El Toritos and a celebrity was smoking back in the days when it was still legal to smoke in doors.This guy was smoking a cigar which was fine except he kept blowing the smoke in my direction instead of in between him and his lady friend.I asked him twice nicely and the third time I put his cigar out in his drink.I invited him outside so he could have his revenge but the barender told him I just got out of the Marines and it probably would’nt be advisable for him to go.Especially when we stood up and he realised how big I was.Everything was congenial as he left in a hurry because I still wanted to go out side because me and Jack Daniels felt like having fun with this guy.He will never know how close he came to being seriously FUd.
