it appears not, since they are putting it to a vote today. So pay close attention to all who vote yes on this, and remember then come 2010
I doubt it, because when I called, the staffer gave me the B.S. speech about how congress has the power and authority to do this, under some section, because of their twisting of the Constitution. I mentioned the penalty, and they claimed to know nothing about it.
They won’t , they are the rich liberal elite they don’t have to listen to us. Like good sheep we will get use to it and they know it.
