    At the very least, POTUS & U.S. Attorney General Eric Holder are guilty of treason.

    Prediction here – KSM and the others will walk. They will walk because of 1) no information will be introduced in court that was a direct result of water-boarding 2) no material witnesses will be presented by the Justice Department and 3) both the White House and the liberal media will make victims out of these monsters.

    This is the absolute most insulting event that could be visited on the people of New York and the USA. Here’s hoping Eric Holder and Barack Obama burn in Hell for their disregard of the victims of 9-11 and the American people.

    9/11/2009 marked only the current escalation of the war against America. It placed the conflict into its proper context, defining it, in the words of then President Bush: “You’re either with us, or you’re with the terrorists”. Subsequent events lined up the sides: the islamist world and those seeking the downfall of America against G.W. Bush and roughly 40% of the population of the United States. Pretty long odds.

    Obama and the ruling democrat oligarchy are with the terrorists. And “America’s CHICKENS … are coming HOME … to ROOOOOOOOOOst”.

    Here’s my take on this:

    First, it’s insane to be doing this in civilian court for countless reasons we all know.

    Second, it’s insane to bring them into a civilian populous, especially NYC as it’s a serious security threat.

    Third, The only reason I see why Obama and his administration are doing this. By having these public trials, it creates a world-wide stage for America to be on trial. The defense and terrorist will use this opportunity to grandstand their views, in a military trial the world would not have a front row seat. Obama is doing this not to get at Bush, but at America itself. If the court spectacles play-out as he hopes, it gives him more fuel to fundamentally change American policies both foreign and domestic. It creates a crisis, questions our values and our Constitution, it sways world opinion against us, it gives the administration a reason to pull our troops home world-wide, so they can be used by the UN. It even creates the opportunity for him to strip-down the military and budgets.
