There are still a lot of good people remaining in Cal but from the looks of all the House For Sale signs and U-Hauls on the road, that number is rapidly going down. Good people are getting the hell out. Actually there are more people moving out than moving in according to the experts. Real estate suks. Cost of living bites the big one.
