Probably a dead tree - meaning that the homeowner had a known unmitigated risk and will be liable. Lawsuit’s a comin’. I hope (s)he wasn’t an only child. Sad, sad day when it should’ve been strewn with candy wrappers and staying up late.
Sad story, poor kid.
I can’t wait though to hear how the local politician is going to save us from those dangerous trees though….
If the Greens were to get involved,it will be the kid’s fault for harming the tree.
