    explain again how it is that a mother and I will assume her father was there also,(uha that is 2 adults) since that is where she said the child got the beer from–a cooler out back that was her fathers-not her’s of course! But when dose a 4 year old manage to be quite while doing anything? I am thinking that this mother needs supervision to suprervise this child.
