    Thanks for the link WWTD. I like Napolitano but this coup is a chess game and he’s not thinking three moves ahead. The Marxists are.
    This is about nationalizing health. Not just ‘regulating commerce’. Nationalization is the *purpose* of the plan. And Napolitano, like most conservative pundits won’t press that fact.
    If this ‘bill’ passes, it will be illegal for me to contract privately with a physician or hospital for my health care needs.
    That destroys the right to contract, a legal construct older than our Constitution , and individual liberty in one fell swoop.

    I took the time to listen to this link and then pulled my copy of the Constitution. She is right!

    “We the People of the United States, in Order to form a more perfect Union, establish Justice, insure domestic Tranquility, provide for the common defence, promote the general Welfare, and secure the Blessings of Liberty to ourselves and our Posterity, do ordain and establish this Constitution for the United States of America.”

    Promoting the general welfare does charge Congress and the President (anyone sworn to uphold the Constitution) with the health and well being of the People.
