Patrick Murphy is a move-on backed anti-war vet with a million plus in his war chest. Close to 50% of his campaign funding came from out of state. However, he is now an incumbent that has voted for every tax and spend policy that crossed his desk. His district claims a part of Philly (Northeast section) which currently boasts an 11% unemployment rate.
