It’s his obtuse argument against the bill. All you should really need to say is that threatening the American people to buy health insurance or go to jail is unconstitutional and therefore the bill is DOA.
I understand what he is saying. He, no doubt from tremendous frustration, at hearing so many stupid arguments is saying that Reid could wite a bill of 10,000 pages and it still wouldn’t work the way Reid and the Dims want. He is just trying to make a point of how increadibly futile the present effort(s)? are.
I think he’s trying to be sarcastic regarding the number of pages. Not all that well though.

What Senator Enzi is saying ,is that this is a parody of a stupid bill. Evidently some folks didn’t understand what he was trying to say.
Enzi is an OK guy, one of the few I would leave in office. People here let their elected officals know in no uncertain terms, you vote the way WE want of your gone. They listen to us. Wyoming IS what America WAS !
