DALLAS (AP) – The leader of the New Black Panther Party for Self-Defense says the U.S. Justice Department was right to drop a voter intimidation suit against his group because the case was weak.

New Black Panther Party National Chairman Malik Shabazz says recent attempts to question that ruling are nothing more than a “political witch hunt” Republicans are waging against Attorney General Eric Holder.

Shabazz says his group does not condone voter intimidation and suspended the member who stood outside a Philadelphia polling place with a nightstick during last year’s presidential election.

The Justice Department filed an injunction against that man.

Shabazz says he wants to set the record straight as the group’s three-day national summit begins in Dallas Friday.

    How do these people survive in this country? Emboldened?self absorbed racist /in our face evil! are minorities the only groups allowed to indulge in hate groups? Their is nothing “new”about the Panthers and yes they did intimidate and yes they should have been proscecuted! they work it! work it !! work it!!!!! BO doesn’t want to own banks or car co’s eitherBut he scratched clawed and robbed america to do just that!! this group is clearly an intimidating racist scar on americans !Somehow I feel screwed but……. didnt get the dinner!

      The NBPP is problematic bit this “Seattle Black Foot Soldiers” is what should be on your radar. The National Black Foot Soldier Network (NBFSN) organization is now in the business of killing cops and whites who don’t pay them “compensation”. Maurice Clemmons was a member in good standing and so are at least 3 in NY who attempted cop murders in Rochester, one being a 15 year old “kid”. The 3 cops have survived, one shot in the head, one saved by his vest and they other, by quick thinking fellow cops. The Rochester now definct web site (http://underprivilegedamerica.wordpress.com/2009/02/18/officer-anthony-diponzio-vs-tyquan-rivera-rochester-black-foot-soldiers-free-tyquan/) was taken down yesterday. Keep your eyes open for them in your areas and keep the cops informed of their webs sites.

    I know some blacks who say the black panther party is dead.
    Then the next day some blacks came over and said they were the new black panthers.
    I kept thinking why do you exist? What good do you do?
    The leader was the intelligent one, the rest seemed to be high school drop outs. Not much upstairs.

    Black Racists inn this country are immune from consequence. It’s been like this for decades. Not sure why everyone has expectations that justice applies here. The fact that this was a civil suit and not a large scale criminal investigation resulting in arrests tells you just how motvated the Justice Department was to pursue evil.

    Look at the Mayor of Sacramento, black filth legitimized, they they blame white folks to the handing down of flilth and evil they chose to live. He’s still the Mayor. The old white cracker Inspector general who dared go after one Obama’s bro’s got the consequence-and the Mayor stole from poor kids.

    Blacks are a privileged class because they relaized they can indimidate and humiliate and whine-and get away with literal murder.

    Now if you are a black man of principle and honor, and earned your way by your own virtues, they conveniently neutralize you as well, so no matter what-they still get away with murder.

    If this was a white panther group the government would be putting them in jail. Where is Timothy McVey when we need him. None of the MSM has said a word about the cop killings in Seattle being a hate crime. Oh, that is right, only white persons do hate crime, blacks are excempt.

      I don’t have a problem with McVeigh stopped for being “a very little part” of OKC bombing……

      But there is a lot more to the truth:
      1)FBI evidence for finding McVeigh was PLANTED. PLAIN AND SIMPLE. TRUCK KEY AND ON-SITE EVIDENCE WERE THROWDOWNS.
      2) JOHN DOE’S #2,#3,#4,#5 WERE “DIRTY BOB GUY JOSE PADILLA” AND MEMBERS OF HOLYLAND FOUNDATION ISLAMICS…….THERE IS PROOF.
      3) GUY ARRESTED IN LONDON ON NIGHT OF BOMBING AND RELEASED WAS PART OF IT. LOCAL COPS IN OKLAHOMA WERE PREVENTED FROM GETTING HIM BY CLINTON’S JUSTICE DEPARTMENT (HOLDER & RENO).
      4) THERE IS A HELL OF A LOT THAT WAS THERE TO PROVE CLINTON INVOLVEMENT. IT IS TIME TO TORTURE THE SHIT OUT OF HOLDER & CLINTONS TO GET TRUTH!!!!!!!!
