    If this is passed and challenged then found unconstitutional, what legal recourses to the citizens have to take action against those that knowingly voted for it? I’m not talking about campaigning against them in the next election, I’m talking criminal liability to those members for taking part in an attempted ponzi scheme with American’s money and liberties.
