There are some lines that need to be crossed before we can justify becoming, ah… “less than peaceful”: One of those would be a suspension of elections. Another would be major election fraud. Another would be some kind of gun confiscation.

Anything that threatens or eliminates our ability to peacefully kick the bastards out or destroys our basic rights would be a “line”. My opinion only, but please chime in…

In the meantime, yes, use the courts, use nonviolent resistance, protests, etc. And also, prepare for the “other” alternative.

Is it time to say that all peaceful means have been tried?
If we continue the “legal” attempts to enforce the constitution will we slowly bleed to death in the mean time?

Sadly I believe that the answers are no and yes. The 2010 elections will be our last chance and that may be too late. If it is not too late we cannot just elect people and walk away.

We must DEMAND:

1. Full, thorough and public trials for all suspects in this conspiracy.
2.Define the exact meaning of “natural born citizen” and the means by which said status will be verified; amendment to the constitution.
3. Term limits; amendment to the constitution.
4. No lobbying by former members of the government ever; amendment to the constitution.
5. Remove all pensions, benefits and medical care for former members of government at all levels as related to the holder of or the support staff for a specific office; amendment to the constitution.
6. Declare George Soros and all of his operations “enemies of the state” and forbid him on US soil or to be involved in any dealings involving the US government or businesses. Under penalty of death.
7. Dissolve all ties with the UN, formally unrecognize their authority in any matter and remove them totally from US soil.

There is more but that would be a good start. In short we must remove the idea of a “lifetime” politician and remove their ability to continue to live off us forever. They need to do their duty and then go home and get a real job.

In addition we need to remove from our government any official doctrine that acknowledges the idea of or the need for a “global government”.

In general we also need to make it easier to impeach, discipline and/or remove judges at all levels of government but at the federal level in particular.

What to do?

We are not organized enough to do anything but the “legal” path right now. Anarchy will do no good yet we cannot allow this fraud to continue.

There is no road map for our situation. What to do?

I for one am praying for a peaceful resolution but am resolute in not allowing this to linger.

We are in a battle of the eternal war between good and evil. We can do no less than everything and I mean everything to restore a legal government to our republic.

When I was a young man I took an oath and was instructed that it was a crime legally and morally to follow an unlawful order. By definition everything a usurper does is unlawful. So where does that leave us?

We are in a grave circumstance and it may be that all options bear risk without clear positive outcomes. So be it. I will perish as a free citizen, not live as a subject of a criminal enterprise.

This was thrust upon us, We can only respond, the fault lies with the criminals and the mindless masses who enable them.

Yes, we wait patiently while things get worse, because it is far better that they pull the trigger than us, but we have to start using some of their own tactics against them or we don’t stand a chance.

Nonviolent resistance: Refusal to obey a law considered unjust; civil disobedience.

If we can effectively use Ghandi’s nonviolent resistance tactics, while invoking Ghandi and Martin Luther King, the left’s heads will explode.

We have to give it a chance to work, but if it doesn’t work, watch out…

Petreous needs to bring our heroes home and fight jihad in the white house, senate and house of reps. They will need great help. Until DC is blockaded or in flames, Obama, Reid and Pelosi are more dangerous to the legal citizens of America than Bin Ladin himself. It is not even close.

The Jihad within the halls of DC has to be neutralized by VOTING very closely to that end. I would suggest pressing a march in DC with ALL our friends.
