I know there are many Ron Paul supporters at the Tea Parties but RP is “off his rocker”.

I can agree that our founders did not believe we should have any part of other countries and that we should “mind our own business” … but (and this is a big but) … in this era, where the world is much smaller because of human technological advances, we cannot simply ignore growing threats inside or outside our borders. Most places were we have military bases are a result of war … even wars that we did not engage in. We helped rebuild Japan, we helped rebuild Germany, the Philipines, Korea, the list goes on and on … we would leave if asked and even when we threaten to leave the hosting governments ask us not to (as they enjoy the money that needs to be spent in their countries to support those bases). So if RP is saying we should ignore the threats and be isolationists, I believe that would be a very big mistake … like staring at your gloves while boxing … it’s not going to be long before your opponent knocks your ass down when you are not paying attention.

I would ask that you study Ron Pauls views in more detail…

Study the Constitution and the founders writings…

Do not lose sight of the big picture…

    • Sully

Well John why not explain “the big picture” to us?

    • thrasymakhos

I believe that everything that RP says is truth right up to the point he goes stark raving mad. Unfortunately that point is very early into anything he has to say.

    • politicalfish

This is why I cannot align in any way with this dipshit Paul.

    Why do they attack us?

Cos their so-called holy book commands them to.

    • thrasymakhos

      Yep Mike,
That is the reason. These people take their religion seriously and that religion includes offensive jihad and has nothing to do with us being “occupiers” any more than the reason for Hitler invading Poland was to “protect German lives.”

  3. fingerpointer

    Paul’s such a stupid fuck

  4. John454

He’s got alot of good ideas on government, spending, and the constitution but in matters of foreign and islamic affairs the dude is fuckin nuts.

Hell’s bells, even a broken clock is right twice a day.

I don’t have to agree 100% with a person to support them, and I do agree with some things RP has to say. It’s his isolationism that’s his downfall for me. Pat Buchannon was the same. A lot of good ideas and a shitload of bad ones.

We can’t look at the world and think that the Atlantic and Pacific Oceans will protect us from the bad guys across the seas. This isn’t the 18th century, where it takes months for trouble to come to our shores. Now, it takes hours or less - minutes for ICBMs.

All great societies that have fallen to foreign powers have done so first by losing control of the approaches to their country - be it by land, sea, air, or a combination of these.

We have to have strategic allies and trading partners to survive in the 21st century. We have to protect our foreign interests to have allies & partners. We can not survive if we stick our heads in the sand and pretend that the rest of the world doesn’t matter or doen’t affect us.

    John,
Then why are his supporters are no more than thugs like the ACORN cats? All they want to do is block any dissension to any of his viewpoints. Trust me I well know how the operate behind the scenes. They have threatened me personally.

Here is what RP’s followers are mainly about:
    1. smoke pot
    2. no military other than National Guard
    3. attack anyone who has a real job.
    4. live at home with mom and dad to stay on the internet for free.

additionally, without the support of Dow Chemical and BASF he could never have kept his seat in congress. You may want to check out his congressional district a little closer.

He has to bring home the bacon (as he is good at doing) and have some influence on legislation which supports these two HUGE employers or his district is totally in the shitter with NO JOBS.

He is just a big a moonbat as Dennis Kuccinich. His bill regarding public disclosure of the Federal Reserve had more than enough co-sponsors (on both sides of the aisle) to force a vote and win almost a year ago. He is more blow than go.

Ron Paul is human waste - he and his minions…errr…followers need to be purged from any conservative movement, otherwise they will contaminate it with their nonsensical, sophomoric intellectual diarrhea.

This video illustrates his petty attempt to absorb a few lefties into his circle of shitfuckery

    Fuck off Ron

  8. billy_bonney

I’ve got mixed emotions over ron Paul, while I totally agree with his policy towards finacial/economic policy I totally disagree with his
“Lets withdraw from everywhere and they’ll let us alone” mentality.

The evil maladjusted psychopathic fiends of this world have a plan, they are gonna carry out that plan no matter if we isolate ourselves (which is impossible) or not. And that plan ends with our doom.

That said, RP does have a point if we stop pimping ourselves out to the UN and gain control of our own resources particularly oil then we won’t have to interject ourselves in the politics of the middle east OPEC and they can implode.

If RP really did believe in his domestic agenda, then why did he hold up on pushing his “expose the Fed” bill for months after he had an overwhelming support in the way of co-sponsors to pass it by a wide margin?

It sure looks like he just wanted to do a lot more squawking about everyone being against him than actually doing something.

We must also remember that he is heavily influenced by the Murray Rothbard faction of the Libertarian Party. Murray Rothbard came from an extreme leftwing Communist family and never ceased to bash America during his life. He hated all military, and RP has certainly not missed this lesson.

RP has shown time and time again that he despises the military and ALWAYS sides with foreigners against it, as evidenced by his vomit here. RP hates America!

  9. cor

JP is a senile old man.

  10. SC

I guess RP is being consistent with his National Security beliefs but I am not in line with his views in this are. I like most of what he says but on N.S. he’s a nut. Too much Pot smoking I guess. He really needs to reassess his views in this area. What are the chances of that? Not!!!

  11. MohammedSucksHogCock

RP is an imbecile. I don’t care about what the founding fathers said, wrote or wanted. I don’t care about “the big picture.”

A lunatic is a lunatic because he’s fucking nuts, and RP has a bag of Planters Peanuts stapled to his dick.

  12. MIDTN

I’ve tried many times to be fair and balanced with this guy…but…no matter how I stack them, RP is still a few bricks short of a load.

  13. bacongreasenapalm

I admit, I didn’t research RP very much and I am glad I didn’t vote for him after hearing that crap. Occupiers? What an idiot. BTW, the panty-bombers satanic mission was set in motion long BEFORE our predator strike on Christmas Eve.
