Dem In Disguise Mark Kirk Weeks Away From Becoming GOP Senate Candidate

My fellow Freepers, the biggest liberal in the Republican Party, Mark Kirk of Illinois, is less than two weeks away from winning the GOP Primary for the US Senate seat. Illinois has the earliest of all primaries in the country (Feb 2nd). Polls show him up over the conservative Patrick Hughes by double digits. However, with nothing short of a nationwide Scott Brown-effort, I believe Hughes can pull off a miracle.

Do we really want Kirk in the the US Senate. Let’s review who Kirk really is:

1) Kirk voted for Cap and Trade

2) Kirk is pro-abortion (got a 100% rating from Planned Parenthood and NARAL)

3) Kirk voted against the Surge in Iraq

4) Kirk got an “F” rating from the NRA

5) Kirk is a John McCain RINO – only more liberal

That’s just the tip of the iceberg. Patrick Hughes is the conservative in this race and needs a little financial help to pull off this little miracle on Feb. 2nd.

Hughes is pro-life, pro-2nd Amendment, anti-Cap and Trade, supports free market healthcare reforms, is opposed to all forms of Amnesty, and is a low tax fiscal conservative.

If my FRiends can head on over the Hughes’ website and drop a donation, we can help defeat this clown Kirk from every stepping foot in the US Senate. Time is short, though. We have to do this quickly. Thank you.

Given Kirk’s views, it is nonsense to invoke the name of John McCain.

Kirk is pro-abortion. McCain is pro-life.

Kirk was against the surge in Iraq. McCain was arguing for what became the surge years before it was implemented; and in 2007, when Democrats tried to cut off funding to end the surge, McCain led the fight to keep the funding and the surge, concerned that America not lose a war.

Kirk is not associated with fiscal conservatism. McCain has always been a fiscal conservative.

In 2009, McCain had as conservative voting record as you could ask for; against Obama bailouts; against Obama deficits; against Obama nominees such as Sotomayer; against ObamaCare; against this year’s cap and trade bill.

I mention the foregoing because while it is time to oppose candidates such as Kirk, calling McCain a RINO does nothing to advance conservative candidates. Two of the brightest stars in the GOP right now are Sarah Palin (McCain’s VP running mate)and Scott Brown (McCain 2008 delegate). Both Palin and Brown are highly supportive of John McCain.

McCain IS a RINO.

You don’t team up with a character like Russ Feingold to boost your conservative credentials.

However, the SCOTUS took care of RINO McCain’s signature legislation for us.

i voted for brown, hell my whole family voted for brown, but for brown and palin to campaign for mccain makes me sick. this rino is for amnesty. the no. 1 problem is unemployment. shut the fucking borders and kick out every illegal alien in this country. then we can deal with unemployment. am i the only one that can’t compete against the illegal population. all these rinos should be tossed out on their asses. mccain needs to go away. No, March, McCain is NOT a RINO. Not given McCain’s voting record summarized above, which is as conservative this year as you could ask for and which historically ahs been moderately conservative. Not given McCain’s expertise and experience in foreign policy, military matters and national security.

The one referenced piece of legislation does not make for a RINO. The referenced legislation was supported by many Republicans such as Fred Thompson and signed by President GW Bush. The referenced legislation was intended to prevent money from buying political decision-making. Many provisions in the referenced legislation, specifically those provisions requiring disclosure and transparency, were wise and have been upheld. Given the money Obama got in 2008 and given George Soros’s willingness to buy the American political system, you should appreciate that the problem with the referenced legislation was not its good intentions, but its unintended consequences.

UHHHH, John McCain is a RINO (he’s a great patriot but no CONSERVATIVE), McCain/ Feingold bill ( that was just struck down by the Supreme Court Justices) “Gang of fourteen” and in the primary he’ said he would close down “CLUB GITMO”, I could go on & on but I won’t. SENATOR JOHN MCCAIN IS A RINO JUST LIK LINDSAY GRAMNESTY, OLYMPIA SNOWE, SAXBY CHAMBLISS, CHARLIE CRIST,SUSAN COLLINS JOHNNY ISSAKSON, BLAH BLAH BLAH. Lets not forget McCain actually fired some of his aides because they used Baracks middle name & if they did anything to offend Senator Obama while campaigning they were reprimanded or fired from his campaign. This is how the communists do it. Dress the wolf in sheeps clothing and insert him into the herd. This is the communist template and has been very successful to date. What is sad is the public falls for it practically every time.
In the last election many liberals suddenly had conservatives values and thereby gained office. The public has a very short attention span. Liberals (communists) are far more embroiled in the search for power than the conservatives.

Actually beware of generals in our armed forces that claim to be patriots when in fact they are also “socialists elite.” Notice how our armed forces have not made any hay about protecting our constitution under Obama. I think our generals are in the pockets of Obama, how can our armed forces swear to protect the constitution and yet, this shit-stain of a president wipes his ass with the constitution everyday??? He should be arrested for treason. A commander-in-chief, technically , is part of our armed forces. Wouldn’t a service man committing treason be in a heap of heat by now? But not Obongo. McCain may not be a Rhino as some here claim but he IS a PROGRESSIVE and that folks makes him my enemy.
