I love it … as a man who comes from a family tree of military men and police officers …

1. It will be easy to spot ex-cons (and catch again).
2. Ski masks don’t cover the eyes (morons)
3. A tell tale sign that the person you are about to talk to has no intelligence.

Ahhhh…the intellect of long term felons! I mean you’ve just got to love it…we used to call it felonious-stupidity…and I think the term is far more than adequate in this case.

But it does change an old standard: “Don’t shoot until you see the whites of their eyes” is out now and new terminology must come forth: “Don’t worry about their eyes, just shoot ‘em.”
