Having been involved very heavily in the Tea Party Movement from its inception I can speak with authority on the issue.

Attempted Ronulan takeover has made real supporters run away from it as fast as they can. Locally we have shrunk from several thousand active members and hosting our own town halls where hundreds attended and donated cash when the hat was passed to a handful, and the Ronulans deserted the movement in the end anyway.

Most of those freaks are those who have never accomplished a damn thing in their lives other than buy a computer and hook it up at mommy and daddy’s home where they still live.

I use to be the VP of the Marion County Florida Tea Party, and the Ron paulers took it over fast- they acted like the experts that others wanted to see, they offered to teach people how to demonstrate. Then they took it over.
