    100K new HealthScare Bureaurcrats to review medical records
    100K new HealthScare Abortion Doctors
    100K new HealthScare Abortion Clinic workers
    100K Federal executioners to kill off the non-productive, mentally handicapped, elderly and Conservatives.

    All “high paying” Gummit jobs!
