The silent majority is materializing in the Tea Parties, election victories for conservatives have already begun, and for these same media types, the writing on the wall is plain for everyone with eyes to see. They will, in time, I believe, no longer be powerful agitators for the statist causes they trumpet. They will only be a sorry, comic side-show, ridiculed and ignored. As long as the real America will continue to put pressure on these elitists, their influential demise will continue.
