She lives in Norway I think – hopefully she changed her citizenship because she certainly is not an American anymore. Her father was a coward plain and simple.

    • EL GONZO

So is the IRS, collecting money to no end from Americans by force without retribution or morality and re-distributing it…. Who’s more of a coward? So you are telling me that being an American is taking this crap from the IRS every year as they confiscate more and more of our money because they are ordered to do so? That’s the same defense that some of the Nazi guards used at the concentration camps : “I was ordered to”…….. Explain why he was a coward for the hell of it, I just want to maybe agree with you, go ahead……..

    • Frontier Justice

He was a coward because he took the easy way out and instead of taking a stand and confronting those who are truly responsible for maintaining and enforcing this communist wealth confiscation bullshit he committed suicide (which is cowardly by itself) while attacking a building with innocent people inside who were unable to defend themselves. He should have manned up and taken the fight where it belongs.

  • william ayres

I Agree….Average white with lots to lose…Still did it…I bet that fourty thousand they got from him wasnt worth it now…

    • EL GONZO

      I bet and I hope….. Nanny

  • Firebad

Blame the system not the regular joe’s working for there 40 hours. Sad to hear anything like this ever happens to my fellow country men/ women, no matter what there beliefs, politics, or job.

  • Steve

So Gonzo, first I want you to look at some of the similarities between what took place in Austin and the attack on 9/11. Totally different “rationales”, but in the end Stack chose to crash his plane into a building to make a statement and/or incite others into similar acts. There is no way to make that honorable, or brave, it was an evil, cowardly bitch way out plain and simple. Did everyone in that building victimize Stock at some point? When I say victimize you should know that I am talking about violence, theft coercion etc. There are legal avenues to deal with the IRS, lawyers, appeals and for his actions Stock is nothing more than a terrorist, McVeigh by another method. Is there a formula for how eggs its ok to break while making his omelet? I am certain there were some, probably a lot of people in the building that day who were innocent victims, innocent American citizens going about their day, and I think we will disagree here, but unless one of these IRS agents had done some horrible act of violence to Stack or one his family members than yes, they too are absolutely innocent. The injustice of our tax system, rewarding lazy dope addicted welfare maggots with more and more money. The fact that our elected officials lie, cheat and steal and almost never have the peoples best interest at heart are all very real reasons to act. We can still act without burning everything down to the ground. Also Gonzo, I have to point out here, the potential for one of the firefighters, police officers, medics and other first responders to be seriously hurt or killed also makes Stack an evil fuck who can cite what the IRS did to him all day and it would NEVER justify putting those people at risk. Even if we were seeing the true face of tyranny (broad confiscation of firearms, mass detentions,) and the time for the decent folk left in this nation to rise up were truly at hand, I can promise you that those with any honor and a soul would never intentionally crash a plane into or blow up a building with innocent people in it. No, the people on this site who have chosen to praise Stack are no better than the screaming hordes of islamofacists we saw in the streets of all those foreign shitholes cheering on 9/11 when the towers fell. I am confident we have many things in common about 2nd amendment rights, the need to clean out DC and our state systems and hold the corrupt accountable (prison). I just don’t understand how the disconnect exists that allows one to cheer an act like this, pretend you had a loved one working in the building that day, would the loss of their lives or their permanent injury been “understandable” to you? I doubt it. I am angry at what our nation has become, I also still believe the average American would know in their heart why this was an evil, cowardly last act of an evil cowardly little man.

    • EL GONZO

Good for you, and I do agree with many of your points, and even Nanny’s actually but something has to “break” So…. we just keeping paying and paying higher taxes/ How are we going to fix that? Either party has been able to screw all of us…….How much honor and soul is it going to take to correct that? By the way, in no way I indicated a similarity or “kinship” with Austin and 9/11.
The IRS structure, all of it, from one point to the other is there to CONFISCATE money. If we are going to follow the rules of engagement, then we should never go to war with anyone ever since it would mean that civilians, who were never part of the enemy’s infrastructure, may be collateral damage.
And by the Steve. I’m better than the Islamofacists, if you can’t tell the difference then…you just can’t and God bless you. By the way, don’t forget to file the confiscation paper work on April 15 or else……All bitch and groan but “cowardly” we just write those checks……

    • EL GONZO

Forgot to mention, I’m sure the tone of this discussion would be very different if this would have been ACORN headquarters.

    • Nanny

IMO Stack was a very piss poor businessman and blamed the IRS for HIS problems. I will not defend the IRS because they are very screwed up but I don’t believe burning your house to the ground and flying a plane into a building is making a rationale statement. I also find it very interesting that very little information has leaked out about this guy. Could it be that he was an extreme leftist? Would not fit the mantra of MSM reporters trying to pin this on the Tea Party.

El Gonzo you need to vent your anger and frustration at our congress critters for the woes at the IRS. These shitheads wrote the gazzillion laws that the IRS has to follow. And take up passage of the Fair Tax that would basically eliminate the IRS.

    • EL GONZO

What is so RATIONAL about giving the IRS near half your earnings, raise more taxes on properties even when they are being reduced in terms of real estate value and yet, all that laws and talks and this and that and voting and all that cumba-ya has resulted in…… more taxes to come. And why is the IRS been purchasing weapons for several years? Because they need them…because they are at war with the citizens, “If you don’t pay even more, we will go after you”
If you had to throw a family into the street, disperse their belongings and confiscate all the family has worked or on the Death-Tax, grab as much as possible of money left behind that has been taxed already and you are telling me that these innocent angels are just “following protocol” is also right, then I have a moral dilemma with folks that seek jobs with such organizations.
If those folks are drawn to this sort of company or institution that confiscates earnings despite circumstances, knowing that this is what they are going to be part of, then don’t blame those that created the institution and their procedures. They are guilty as well (Congress and politicians) but at some point, IRS employees found a job there because you applied there and the assumption is that you don’t see nothing wrong with confiscation….Last time I checked, no one is FORCED to work in a certain place, you need to apply there or be attracted to it……….
I have heard about the FAIR TAX for ages, I met people involved with that and I’m telling you, it ain’t going to happen and the last thing the IRS wants is less power….They don’t work for the people, they work for tyrants and get their pay signed by… tyrants.
I totally agree that these comments are more for venting ideas than solving them. So vent I did and I’m sure this guy was full of human errors but the IRS needs to be dissolve before it becomes a full Tyranny Apparatus of the Obongo Regime or anyone else that sees it as an internal police security force. If you think not, wait until the census process ramps up, You may then understand what I’m writing about.
And on we march, to work our asses off so that we can pay more….taxes. The American Revolution really started over…..taxes.

  • ji

The IRS is NOT a federal agency.
It is not owned by the citizens of the USA.

    • Frontier Justice

      Correct

  • Xavier

She lovers her daddy, I have no problem with that. However it sounds like her life in Norway has skewed the definition of hero. Then again she was likely schooled in the U.S. and doesn’t even know the definition. Her daddy was no hero, he won’t even be a speck of dust in the pages of history.

The definition of a hero is a Veteran that served two tours in Vietnam and was a public servant who dutifully served his nation in the capacity of tax collection, was a father, husband, brother and a man of faith.

Stack was looser at life who failed to learn from his mistakes, blamed his failures on the IRS, committed an act of terrorism and suicide. He abandoned his wife, step-daughter and his responsibilities for the easy out. His actions will not be a catalyst of tax law change for which he ranted about in his suicide letter.

The idea that Stack was ‘sticking it to the man’ by his actions and some how it makes sense (to some people) to be supportive of that is complete bullshit.

Supporters of Stack obviously have just as little understanding of the system as Stack did which explains your misplaced support of his actions. This whole ‘I believe the IRS had it coming, but I don’t support his actions’ is also a child’s argument (given the failure of the U.S. education system, I don’t blame you for arguing like a child).

In order to facilitate a civilized society, taxes are necessary. Taxes provide funding to pay for the police and fire services which help to protect the population, property and the freedom in which everyone lives. The IRS is simply the enforcement of tax laws created & passed by YOUR elected officials over the course of many years.

The argument that the IRS is ‘following orders’ just like the Nazi did under Hitler is another child’s argument (again I don’t blame you, for arguing like a child). The IRS is not committing atrocities like the Nazi did with the death camps of WWII. The two are not parallel and cannot be compared.

Taking action against the IRS is akin to a clerk quitting his job, the guy who runs the operation will just get another clerk. The event doesn’t change anything and the operation continues on.

If you have a problem with the tax laws then your beef is with the Senators, Congressmen & President who make those laws AND can change existing laws, not with the IRS. The IRS is made to look like the bad guy by these exact political figures who have the authority and control to make the tax law changes. The IRS has no authority to change the tax laws.

Then again, you probably don’t support any form of taxes and even making change to the current tax code would not make you happy in which case your just a tax protester just like Stack was. Not only are you unable to comprehend and understand that in the American system you have to pay your share of taxes just like everyone else, BUT also you probably don’t want to pay anyway. You and those who share your views are an infinitesimally small minority of the American population.

If you don’t like paying taxes then move to a country without taxes, more than likely that country is in a state of ‘Without Rule of Law’ AKA anarchy. In anarchy your safety, freedom & property are not protected and each man fends for himself. Maybe you would prefer living in Afghanistan, or Warizistan (I’m not sure if the Taliban collects tax, I guess they just kill the people & take what they want).

It’s an adult world, so grow up and pay your taxes just like everyone else.

    • EL GONZO

Comparison with “Nazis” was to illustrate a comparison of a line of thought regarding orders. There’s nothing wrong with paying taxes, taxes are as old as dirt. I do understand the implications of no taxes Xavier and I DO NOT believe the a-hole was a hero.
I have backed over and over candidates that want or pretend to want to reign in tax laws so that they don’t negatively impact a portion of society through the mis-management of tax collections.
But no matter how much tax I pay, there seems to be more and more legislation and tax “tweaks” on properties that have depreciated in value yet the mill rates increase.
As public schools, which I do agree with you, generally suck, keep getting worse, they want to spend more and more.
You couple of all this and more with tax bills that I had to contest because the IRS was in error, you bet some are angry at the IRS.
I support pay to police, firemen, government needs etc. But… I detest waste, paying more and more to illegals that scam the system and yet, no one seems to want to do anything about that. Last time I checked people are getting soaked by taxes yet illegals get free education and medical….
Stack, Xavier, was a moron and perhaps public schooled, but his actions are not to inspire anyone, they are to underline a real problem that could de-rail the direction that this country should be on.
I’m sure that the British told the colonies that, as you pointed out, “In order to facilitate a civilized society, taxes are necessary.”..at 3% I believe what started it all.
So if you think I’m a child, naive, public schooled and rather live in chaos, fine with me. That’s your call, but I still think that the IRS has become an abusive institution backed and forced into it, I’m sure, by the current ball-less and tyranical elected officials that, just like the Brits prior to the start of the War of Independence felt a strong need to adjust taxes higher and higher without proper and measured representation. Some of us are taxed higher than others, just like the other original reason we went to war with England, that reason being that laws are applied to some and not to others (Colonists were taxed differently than British citizens in England therefore not given the same rights as “RIGHTS AS ENGLISHMEN. and that Xavier, I did not learn in public schools.
The same case can be made to those that get free crap ALL the time and then some of us are FORCED to pay for these individuals’ problems and such problems can be discussed in another thread all day long.
I don’t mind being taxed by my own elected representative, but some how, my taxes are affected by issues that have nothing to do with my house, state and county. My taxes keep going up and up to support people that are sucking the system all over the US, illegally. We can go and on all freaking day and dive into history deeper and deeper but the IRS needs to change dramatically and there needs to be a way to get these goons out of congress and start anew.
I don’t disagree with you and I’m sure that there are folks in the IRS that hate some of the laws they have to support, I’m sure the Secret Service, some anyway, loath the fact that they have to look over this a-hole shit stain of a president that somehow got into America. This Xavier, I did not learn in public school either….

    • Xavier

I respect your opinion and your right to speak your mind, while we may disagree on issues.

I think the dialogue, in which we have just engaged, is lacking in our current political environment specifically between our representatives and us the voters, this has frustrated a many Americans (ex. Health Care).

I do understand the frustration you have described. I do not, however, have a recommended solution (other than voting) but I am sure attacks like Stack committed is not the answer and never will be.

One man alone cannot change a system by himself. The population must work together to elect individuals who will make the changes we seek. However in today’s world there are too many distractions keeping everyday people from becoming politically involved in their own governance.

    • EL GONZO

Amen Xavier. On this last one, I totally agree. What the heck, we should both run for public office in our respective “realms”. I love to bring out passion for in passion is that true intentions are found. I do tend to be caustic at times and I do not ever recommend the type of action that took place in Austin at this stage of the game. But somewhere, sometime, something will give and when it gives, we should not be all that surprise. The disregard and lack of care that our politicians have been showing for the last few years is appalling at best. We need a new generation of representatives that are centered not on right or left but in the Federalist Papers. There, is where the nation should anchor itself from. Many times, i think our government uses Pravda or National Enquirer as the papers to run platforms on.
      Thanks for the dialogue.

    • Xavier

      Likewise El Gonzo.
