I remember a news segment about 5-6 years ago where they said that Alaska was HAVING ITS COLDEST WINTER EVER!!!!
And as proof of the even worse coldsnap of that week of the miserable weather, the Local TV crew did a demo shown on the Weather Channel of the reporter throwing a glass of water in the air and “poof” it froze and vaporized on the way up in just milliseconds!!!!!
