    What exactly is a legal analyst for cnn? pole smoker at best. Interstate commerce clause isn’t gonna hold up. There’s too many things wrong with this. 10 percent of doctors say they will retire immediately, another 22 percent say they will begin the process, and the rest will be forced to practice where the government deems there is a need. Doctors could make a stand and say they will not provide if this passes.
