      A right is something that comes from God and a good is something that cost you money, even if it is someone else’s money. Since they in large part don’t believe in God then getting that point across is next to impossible.

      What we need to do is reboot the system.
      We need a Constitutional Convention so that we can prevent what has been done.

      We need to not just repeal Healthcare but Social Security, Medicare, all of it. We need strip government way back, down to the Constitution.

      Where in the Constitution does it say they can do most of the shit they’re doing nowadays? Yet they keep doing it. They don’t care about the Constitution. They’re just going to keep grabbing for as much power for as long as they can.

    I agree with Charles Krauthammer, this bill will never be repealed. It may be amended after the 2010 elections. The American public will now see a feeding frenzy by the left wing liberals in congress. Hussein has just established a substantial rung on the ladder to his dictatorship.

    I agree with Charles in the fact that it will never be repealed. BUT, ¨repealed¨ is quite a different thing compared to ¨struck down¨ by SCOTUS, which I think it will.

      If it is to be overturned by the Supreme Court, it better hurry! As slow as things move through the court system, it could spell trouble as well since there is the distinct possibility there will be one if not two new appointees during Obama’s ‘reign’ as president!

    A majority fiscal conservative House and Senate can defund it, that’s how they stopped the Vietnam war, they just quit paying for it. Same thing can happen here.

    I also think James Hooker is right too, the SCOTUS has a bone to pick with the usurper, I hope they teach him a lesson for the debacle in his State of the Union address.
