Beck is the shit…not sold on Palin at all.

    • Stacy

Well then either you don’t know shit about Palin or you’re a Communist.

    • richwill

Not a communist, communists are smarter than “just posting.”

The mere mention that she hasn’t shown sufficient knowledge on important issues, and you guys have that lame reaction? Come at me with facts? State why i’m wrong……or effortlessly call me names like an Obamabot would do.

Can you honestly say you have full confidence that she understands and will stand up for conservative issues across the board? Based on the honesty and morality shown by when she stood up to republicans in Alaska, she is better then 95% of congress and obviously B.O. This just shows shes a good person, doesn’t say anything about her political views.

Now stacy or the dude who looks like Mickey Rourke in “The Wrestler”, explain to me what is so vile about what I just said.

    • thrasymakhos

“Can you honestly say you have full confidence that she understands and will stand up for conservative issues across the board?”…..Yes.

Would I vote for her for POTUS?…Maybe…She needs to run so I can tell. I actually think that she doesn’t want to be POTUS. Not in a million years. But that may be the very reason she needs to be. She has indicated very stongly that she wants “to help” and that may be the role destiny has assigned her. She is certainly good at that.

Is she the best choice?…I think there are better choices but not much better. I would prefer Ronald Reagan but he is a hard act to follow plus he is no longer with us. If not Sarah, then the candidate of my choice has not appeared yet. I am waiting.

  • just posting

Matter of fact don’t reply. She has a cult of personality just like Obama does. Shes a women and she connects with people, thats all fine and dandy, but make sure you are voting for ideas and policies. I have nothing against her, and hopefully I will be proved wrong.

Now, if she wins the primary in 2012, and there is no viable 3rd party candidate then (unless some grassroots conservative/libertarian party/candidate emerges in the next 2 years), I will vote for the better of the 2 choices which of course would be Palin. I don’t

    • thrasymakhos

I like your concentration on “ideas and policies.” That is exactly where I am concentrating on in considering candidates. I think that it is imperative that no 3rd Party candidate arise. That will certainly ensure a victory for the Dims. We need a revitalized Republican Party. The Party provides the “bones” and structure for us to build upon. Historically, third parties have just proved to be spoilers and not effective in doing what needs to be done because they tend to be flashes in the pan or centered around tangental issues. Go GOP!

    • uclimbit

Palin is important. She energizes a group that otherwise may have sat on their hands, when votes, or money was needed to fund campaigns. We shouldn’t discount Palin’s influence to continue raising the level of attention required to keep important conservative issues in the conscience of those that connect with her.
When I think cult, obama minions is the picture captured, Palin on the other hand, attracts regular folk, folks that worked hard and raised the quality of life thru their own efforts. This is a base we want to stay involved with the current movement to right of center.

    • thrasymakhos

      Excellent observation.

  • -osgo-

Who can skin a deer…Beck or Palin?

    Case closed.

    • thrasymakhos

 thrasymakhos I think a 3rd party would likely be an automatic win for the dems and it would be best to have a real conservative run as a republican.
Im just an amateur political observer, but it seems there is a huge chunk of the Republican Party that is just in it to win regardless of what the agenda is. Can you imagine if each election is gonna be insane socialist, or a democrat in republican clothing? Zero sum

Conservatives either have to take over the party or start a new party

 uclimbit Nobody can doubt Palin’s appeal, but is the reason behind this because she nails it when it comes to economics, limited government, foreign policy? or is her appeal based mostly on celebrity and being a woman with a good personality? All i’m saying is she has an incredible amount of popularity that most politicians will never see, I hope she has her shit together and puts that popularity to good use.

    • thrasymakhos

      JP.
Conservatives have to take over the party. No third party. Revitalized Republican Party is the only way to go. Perot gave us Clinton. Not good.

  • serfer62

Just Posting certainly has the Kommiecrat attack menu down.
No experience? ..then who? OHbama. If he was experienced enough for you then Bozzo the clown will do. Gov Palin, thats as in Govonor, has management in administration, economics and defense.
Right now I can’t think of a better candidate. A Palin/Romney or Romney/Palin looks great
Get over it JP and bone up on facts not DNC handouts…

  • ji

The Dems are attacking Palin the hardest of all the Republicans.
They only attack those who they think can beat them.
Dont hear the Dems attacking anyone else who was in office and/or could run for President.

  • ji

Reagan lost the first time he ran for President.
I voted for him then and the 2nd time.

  • just posting

 Serfer the retard… How does me saying Im not impressed with Palin translate to your tiny brain that I must love Obama? you must be new to the site, only post if you plan on thinking first.

Romney is trash. Remember the ” wanting obama to fail ” story, where he bent over for the press and attacked Limbaugh for saying that. There is absolutely no way he didn’t understand what that statement what. He knew full well the point, but chose to score political points by taking “moral high ground.”

Fuck Romney, and any candidate who sells their soul for victory.

 Ji Once again…I never said she wasnt popular and a threat to the dems. Read my full post before accusing me of something I never said.

  • just posting

    what that statement meant***

  • just posting

 thrasymakhos I think your right, I just hope those fake republicans we speak of, give way, or were in a dire situation

  • http://patlollard.com Average Joe

Wouldn’t be fun to find out where “just posting” lives, and why the fuck he is posting here……..maybe a traitor that needs to be found out ahead of time????

    • http://www.farmers.com Aaron

      Or are you the traitor?

  • just posting

Average Joe I’ve been on this site for 4 years. Again I ask how do you misconstrue what I type as traitorous? I made a logical argument, explaining why I don’t share blind faith to Palin as you do.

Again, don’t reply, I have no respect for someone who is illogical and blindly attacks.

  • PUNISHER55

Why worry about electing a women to the white in the future when we already have a pussy in the white house now?????

  • King of Free

Anyone else notice the huge turnout on the other side ? What were there, 3 people ?!?

Both Beck and Palin are OK in my book, but I’m afraid they both fall short when it comes to “what next”. We’ve talked this bullshit to death, and there’s only one thing our esteemed leadership in Washington is going to respond to. Pat has the right idea, and the time is near.
