The Hill:

White House press secretary Robert Gibbs said Friday that President Barack Obama will not make any more recess appointments while Congress is out of town for Easter break.

Obama angered Republicans last month when he announced 15 recess appointments, including that of labor attorney Craig Becker to the National Labor Relations Board (NLRB), shortly after members left town.

The announcement means that the president will avoid making more appointments such as the ones that angered Republicans last weekend.

Many nominees, including Becker, have been blocked by Republicans in the Senate. Obama defended his decision, saying the appointments were necessary and that his predecessor, George W. Bush, made more recess appointments even though he did not have as many stalled nominees.

Republicans objected to Becker, a lawyer for the Service Employees International Union and AFL-CIO, saying he would help usher in so-called “card check” legislation by administrative ruling.

The nomination of Becker and Mark Pearce allowed the NLRB to have a quorum for the first time since 2007.

B-U-L-L-S-H-I-T! When this Marxist malcontent speaks from his rectum (just below his nose), he is speaking with forked tongue. All the lies that have come spewing from his rectum reminds me that all he utters are lies and should not be taken at any part of the word. The only words I want to here are “Good-bye” at the end of his first term.

    Don’t believe this fucking liar!
