I read a review of ‘Kick Ass’ @ big-h-wood and I thought it would do better as well. Maybe word of mouth will do for it what it did for the dragon flick that’s currently #1.

it has pretty good reviews, overall, at sites like rotten tomatoes. I watched a screening of it, and it was extremely graphic, violent and crude (apparently, the comic is even worse), which the trailer doesn’t even begin to hint at, which is, I believe, part of the reason it isn’t as popular as imagined; people probably think it is some cute little Batman knockoff

I saw this sorry excuse for a movie last night. Another new low brought to you by the child molesters in hollywood. This movie made the profanity in “Goodfella’s” seem like nothing and all from the 13 year old female child star. This was pornographic cussing combined with the wholesale slaughtering of “the bad guys” coming from a child. If I had the ability to bring child neglect charges against the little girls parents I would. Keep in mind I’m a Marine……cussing and slaughtering are in my blood……but leave the kids out of it you asshats.
