I’ve said it before, and I’ll say it again: there will *never* be any black/white reconciliation in this country because little black boys and little white boys are not allowed to go about their lives in peace and quiet.
… remember that “Star Trek” episode, with those combatants painted black and white right down the middle?
“… but don’t you *see* !!! he’s black on the left side … we’re black on the right !!!”
No one can ever attain peace with others … until you attain peace with yourself. And if anyone choses to hate me for what’s on me, rather than in me, well then … I really don’t give a rat’s ass.

Much disparity pertaining to skin color would disappear if 70% of minority children weren’t born out of wedlock and raised by single mothers.
Of course there is always the exceptional story of one child who beat the odds of such an arrangement, but statistically the dye is cast.
I fear for America if we can’t get this turned around. Children need both a committed mother and father to thrive. America needs strong families.

Not sure why a racial group needs leaders if we are all Americans. Any white person claiming to speak for white folks would be ridiculed or worse. The media proclaims that idiots like Sharpton and Jackson represent the black race but how do thier views compare to MLK? Martin was a republican and wanted to be judged by the content of his character. Sharckson wants everything to be seen through the prism of race.
