    Although I would like for soldiers to received a medal such as this, if it was to reduce the significance of what a medal means, then it would be a terrible disservice to the soldiers and should not be approved.

    The above is my only thought as I do not feel qualified to have an opinion on such a difficult determination.

    For restraint above and beyond what a normal person would exercise, the Pussy of the US, Barry Obongo, is hereby awarded the “Courageous Restraint Medal”. The Pussy has distinguished himself as the World Leader in capitulation to Third World dictators and oppressive regimes. Since January 2009, the Pussy has flown around the world diminishing the reputation of the United States as well as the security of her people. The Pussy has far surpassed the former leader of capitulation, Lord Chamberlain of England, in acquiescing to historical enemies of freedom around the globe as well as failing to recognize global threats as such. The actions of the Pussy are clearly above and beyond the pale of reason and very much in line with the Socialism philosophy he so greatly reveres. The Pussy has brought great dishonor upon the office of President of the US through his actions, deeds and thoughts. His undistinguished service has no peer.
