    The last two people to back out of MTP were Louis Farrakhan and Saudi Prince Bandar. Plus you’re dealing with Ron Paul 2.0, which is just a nightmare.

      You’re correct, when I listen to Rand Paul, I don’t hear a seasoned, politically savvy insider…but unless I’m wrong, isn’t that what the whole Tea Party/middle america movement is about ? Dumping the career politicians for more “regular joe” types ?

      I don’t know much about Rand Paul but most of what I have heard is that he is on the side of the Constitution. Ron Paul lost my support on his foreign policy ideas although he was inline with the founders for the most part. The only concern I have with this guy is where he would vote when it comes to foreign policy issues. Regardless, I have no say on what Kentucky does as I don’t live there … so I am probably just wasting key strokes at this point. If he decides to enter the primaries for 2012, then that is a different story.

    Whether they (throughout this comment, ‘they’ refers to ‘them’ – or ‘dem’ – idiot liberals with infantile idiot fantasies) are fair or not, you go there and explain your position and make fools of them. No matter what, they are still fools. No matter what you do, they have their own brand of spin. Liberals are idiots and are never going to change … and we don’t need idiots running this country anymore. This needs to be exposed in the process of contrasting them to people who actually use their brains for something besides whining.
