So, since the winner, Ms. Michigan, is now embroiled in a stripping scandal, would anyone like to place any bets that she’ll be stripped of her crown and the 1st runner up, Ms. Oklahoma, will replace her?

My bet is the scandal will quietly go away, unlike last years hounding of Ms. California over the gay marriage question.

It seems that only the illegal aliens and democrats are opposed to this law. Federal law requires all people who are here legally to carry proof that they are here legally. I can understand if I am pulled over for a traffic violation, the PO will be concerned that a late 60′s white male who does not speak “good” English is here illegally and should be asked for proof that I am here legally. Conversely, a 20 y/o brown skinned male who does not speak “good” English would and should be asked for proof that he is here legally. But if that same 20y/o brown skinned male speaks “good” English, he would not and should not be asked for the same proof. So it is “language” profiling of a sort and has nothing to do with skin color.
