I didn’t know Schwarzenegger was here illegally. If so, deport his ass. If he is here legally (and he is), his idea of a joke is pathetic.
Richwill
Deport the jerk for criminal acts. What he has done to California, economically, is a crime; and therefore, he can be deported. Good riddance.
TerryTate
I wouldn’t mind deporting him after we rescind his U.S. citizenship.
How bout we revisit his father’s ties to the Nazi party. Lets take a look at who the real racist is.
Dumb motherfucker.

That remark epitomizes the difference between a politician and a statesman. The latter of which we have none of.

Benito
I hope that every American, regardless of where he lives, will stop and examine his conscience about this and other related incidents. This Nation was founded by men of many nations and backgrounds. It was founded on the principle that all men are created equal, and that the rights of every man are diminished when the rights of one man are threatened. All of us ought to have the right to be treated as he would wish to be treated, as one would wish his children to be treated, but this is not the case.
I know the proponents of this law say that the majority approves of this law, but the majority is not always right. Would women or non-whites have the vote if we listen to the majority of the day, would the non-whites have equal rights (and equal access to churches, restaurants, hotels, retail stores, schools, colleges and yes water fountains) if we listen to the majority of the day? We all know the answer, a resounding, NO!
Today we are committed to a worldwide struggle to promote and protect the rights of all who wish to be free. In a time of domestic crisis men of good will and generosity should be able to unite regardless of party or politics and do what is right, not what is just popular with the majority. Some men comprehend discrimination by never have experiencing it in their lives, but the majority will only understand after it happens to them.

Benito – you are using fairytale ideology over common sense. Don’t even pull the civil rights card on this one. This is not about civil rights, it’s about rule of law. The bottom line is Hotel USA is full. We don’t need anymore people from any nation period.
If you’re so into integrity and goodness, where is the integrity where thousands of illegals pour into the USA each and every day. They know it’s against the law but they do it anyway.
Where is your outrage of the Mexican government who treats it’s own poor and illegals from other countries like animals.
If you’re so intent on being in the kumbaya mode, why don’t you volunteer your time, energy and money developing third world countries instead of forcing diversity onto us. We have enough diversity. We don’t need any more nannies, gardeners, leaf blowers, engineers or nurses. We have plenty of those in the good old USA right now.

When someone kicks in my back door, sets up camp in my living room, raids my fridge and medicine chest, demands that I learn his language, demands that I pay for his kids’ education, and demands I open my FRONT door so all his relatives can move in too, THAT TENDS TO PISS ME OFF!
…and I don’t give a flyin’ rat’s ass WHAT COLOR he is or what PLANET he’s from, when the POS refuses to DEMONSTRATE any “good will”, then the POS WILL RECEIVE NONE!
He breaks into my country – MY HOME! – then starts MAKING DEMANDS?!?!?
Those “human rights” platitudes are so much manure, sparkles, when they TRAMPLE ON MY AMERICAN RIGHTS!
You want “good will and generosity”?
Then knock on the FRONT door and fraggin’ ASK if you can come in!!!
Hell, I’ll fix ya a sandwich and help ya find a job!
…but if you kick in my back door, your ass goes to jail….then back to wherever the hell you came from.
This Republic was built on “equal justice under the law”, so if your first act on this nation’s soil is BREAKING THE LAW, don’t whine about the consequences.

Hey Benito, you say “…but the majority is not always right.” You wouldn’t be talking about Obama would you, and all those that voted for him? Using that statement is a direct attack on our US Constitution an Democracy.
The United States is a “melting pot” off all nations, races, religions and creeds. It is not just “one” national race, religion etc. It is however, one nation, the United States of America. While the US is not that old in the grand scheme of things, it somehow became one of the most powerful and riches countries in the world. If the majority is not always right, then how did we become such a superpower so fast.
The bottom line is legal vs illegal. Or rather, to be more PC, “unlawful non-citizens”. It is not about immigration, it is about being a “non-citizen” of the United States, not even showing allegiance to the US.
But they instead choose to show allegiance to Mexico, legal or illegally here over the United States. If they love your country so much, then why did they voluntarily leave it? If they want change, why not change the “paradise” that they left? Obviously Hispanics are good at whining and protesting, why not use it to their advantave on their “motherland” and improve it?
If a person is a non-citizen, then they don’t deserve special rights above and beyond those that are natural born, or legal citizens of the United States. In fact, they deserve very little rights, other than human rights while in custody awaiting deportation. What part of that dont you get? If Hispanics from Mexico want better jobs, affordable homes, free health care, well hey, get to the end of the line, that is what we all want, as legal US citizens. However, we, unlike them, pay taxes. And some of those taxes go to schools, so that hopefully our children will get a good education. And in those same schools are unlawful non-citizen’s children. They get free education, without paying taxes. And some of those taxes go to pay for roads, police, fire, etc.
Why do we have to pay, and they don’t? They get it free, and we don’t. If they don’t have to pay taxes, then absolutely no person in the US has to either. Additionally, every person that did go through the legal immigration process, should receive their payments and fees returned, with interest. If Hispanic illegal immigrants can get “in free”, then all should, no?
Mexico has been around a long time, much longer as a country than the United States. Why can’t they get their act together and become more than a 3rd world cesspool? They would rather break MX emigration laws, and US immigration laws, because they all the rights and priviliges that lawful citizens have. They “want it” and they “want it now!” because they think they deserve it above and beyond all other individuals that are trying to come to the US legally. What makes them so special above others trying to come here legally, such as say from North Africa, or China or North Korea?
I’m really waiting for the answer to that question. *crickets* Of course my answer will be *insert sarcasm..kinda* “YOU RACIST WHITE NAZI B****!” Oh okay then, since this is YOUR country and YOU as an illegal immigrant or Hispanic (from Mexico) want ME, a legal citizen and white, out of YOUR country (the United States) wanting to send me, along with every other white person, back to Europe…Okay then, I guess YOU are just a victim of Nazi’s and a Holocaust, right?
Bottom line. Equal rights for all, special rights for none.
**** where’s the damn Tylenol? Sorry Pat….

He should have stuck to acting.

“All Men are created equalâ€! The founders had it right, when attempting to form a perfect union and they also knew that they were not there yet but knew we one day would get there. Lincoln moved us forward as did JFK and LBJ. This Nation was founded by men of many nations and backgrounds. It was founded on the principle that all men are created equal, and that the rights of every man are diminished when the rights of one man are threatened.
It is my contention that this AZ law is not constitutional and will fail when challenged (unless, of course, they keep adding more amendments), pretty funny for this so called perfect law.
As for the undocumented workers, as Ronald Reagan said “It’s the Economy, Stupidâ€. When the economy is good we say let’s all celebrate “Cinco de Mayo, my brothers†but when we are in a down “it’s all your fault, you damn immigrantâ€. This too will pass. The real problem is the narcosis/drug and people smuggler that’s what the focus should be on.
Don’t you find it funny that no one ever voted for Governor Brewer, it’s all about politics, do not be fooled. Busy Brewer has passed S.B. 1070, no permit conceal weapons law, the famous Birthers law banning Ethic studies law, and if history is a lesson their House Bill 2779 from two years ago (which failed when challenged) and the one that was the funniest the boycott of Martin Luther King Day, not wanting another holiday. I believe there is an undercurrent to their enactment of new laws, they real love following a distinct pattern.
