      As a former LEO I can just about guarantee that nothing would come of this case. The charge would be Battery in most jurisdictions (The rude or insolent touching of another). Don’t think ‘Assault’ would enter into it. Listen carefully. The dirtbag was careful with his speech even though he was hostile and arrogant. Anyway, the kid wasn’t injured so probably no charges.

      BUT, this being election time, I doubt the dirtbag would welcome all the attention and time distractions of having to deal with either or both a civil or criminal case during this time just before the elections.

      Besides, maybe some tuition money for the students would be a nice reward for the students getting involved!

    Am I the only one who finds the tone and words odd…it’s like he was expecting someone to approach him but for other reasons.

    I heard guilt in his voice. Is someone blackmailing the congressman? His reaction seemed very odd…almost like he was expecting someone else for a different reason and had steeled himself to confront this person or persons and finds himself, instead, grabbing tight hold of a . . . college student with a cell phone camera?

    Something is going on here.

      Also, why were the ‘students’ reluctant to say who they were other than students and they didn’t say which college.

      There’s something sexual also in the interaction.

      Where was he? Where was he going? Was he meeting someone?
