    This just in; Game & Fish Departments of several southern and western states are considering opening an open season on panthers. Game & Fish commissioners have concluded the panther population has risen to all time high levels and present a serious threat to children, the elderly and small pets. Plans are to open season November 2nd 2010 with a bag limit of one per day. Hunters will be able to harvest a panther over bait, either day or night.
