I would agree that the police should have finished him when they had the chance. BUT since they didn’t we have to follow the rule of law. The sooner they strip him of his rank the better. As an old “cold warrior” infantry officer, I am more concerned about how this puke bag got and was allowed to maintain a commission in OUR Army in the first place!

This is bogus. I respect your information WRT Hood and facilities but the fact remains that he committed this crime on a military installation and as a service member he is subject to UCMJ which has provisions for at least a temporary forfeiture of pay during incarceration, since he is a guest with no need for money, AND before he lived like a hermit sending the bulk of his pay to Islamic extremists. Is he still being allowed to do this?

And if Hood has no facilities, the CG Hood should have sent his ass to Leavenworth by chopper if necessary since it is the premier military facility.

I smell a complete and utter travesty of justice in this case. Hassan will somehow wiggle out of the noose, with the help of Obongo, the DOJ and the military.

Due process was mentioned. How much “due process” did this POS give his victims. Before the process is finished the tax payers will have spent a couple of million on this jerk to convict him of an obvious crime. We are in desperate need of vigilante justice in this country. Well, without a doubt, this is truely disturbing. The only thing that the civilian officers did wrong was not shooting vital areas of this peice of crap. Then we wouldn’t have this problem in the first place. I only hope that when he gets to his new home, they feed that P. O. S. (peice of shit), nice big slab of pork and shove it down his throat.

Fort Hood has no confinement facilities so they contract with the Bell County Sheriffs Office to hold their prisoners. Though we all know he is guilty, he must still have his due process. Until then he still is technically an officer of the US Army. Even if he is an extremist Muslim traitor. Too bad Texas proper isn’t handling the procedings. Then we would be sure that this individual would get the proper visit to a certain room in Huntsville.
