    Why in the name of Sam Hill are those fuckers allowed that close to the Jail Building? Is the Maracopa Sheriff understaffed? The Deputies should have forced a perimeter around the building. These fuckers are sooo emboldened by Barry and yesterday’s ruling. This will only continue and is past the boiling point. We are at the point of no return in Arizona because this G-damm usurper does not care about the rule of law. The SCOTUS will have to overturn this decision ASAP after the 9th will rule in favor of yesterday’s decision. I feel like getting on an Airplane, going down there and ripping that fucking offensive flag from the crowd and lighting it on fire. Thank you Sheriff Joe! HANG IN THERE!

      We are on our own, it appears, because the regime will not do their job. If Arizona tries to do the regime’s job, we get sued. The Ninth Circuit will take the longest time possible to rule and since they are/were the most overturned Circuit in the U.S., we will have to wait for The Supreme Court. I am happy Arizona appealed so quickly to get the process started, but there are always motions for continuance/extension that the regime will use to further drag the case from being fully briefed and heard. Welcome to the legal system.

      Very interesting. Since I have not read the briefs, I wonder why Bolton had jurisdiction. Courts like the Circuit courts may have been formed after this was written, and the Supreme Court will eventually get the case. Maybe more jumps and hoops were established before the case could get to the Supreme Court.

      In the Bush v. Gore case (the election one), does any one remember how many courts it had to go through to get to the Supreme Court? Were there district and circuit cases involved?
