If he/she/it hit the fence post just right he/she/it could have gone over the fence as it lay flat on the ground then it could have popped back up making it look like he went through it when he went over it.
Test the fence post and the ground it was set in.
The car might have had to hit the fence at the right spot (lucky).

Looks like there is a long spans with no vertical posts. He probably drove underneath the fence pushing the chain link up over the car.

May make for quality stoner TV but the police knew what you know T-Bagg. The fence was either not properly fastened along the base or the force broke it loose.

Either way that is pretty damn funny in my book.

Did they take the time to look at the fence, or was “ghost car” the most plausible answer they could come up with?
No wonder O.J. got away with it….

I think I was this on Scooby Do. It was Mr. Jinkens, The auto dealer owner. Now how about a Scooby snack.

The car went under the fence, it’s moving in the video.
Craig
I show on SciFy, “Fact or Fiction” debunked this video by showing that a car hitting a fence it is in the video, could go under it and it would snap back to normal.
