I disagree with El Rushbo on this one. What I see is pure Liberal elitisim and entitlement on display, period. Furthermore, I sense a desire by media elites to resurrect an aura of “Camelot” with the Obamas, along with all the trappings of glamour and privilege … before the precipitous fall — for all of Liberalism — that will commence in November.
While there is indeed ‘novelty’ with ethnicity in this case, I think this would have occurred with others as well.
