Linda McMahon Will Happily Let You Focus On WWE, Then Crush You

Linda McMahon, wife of the WWE’s Vince McMahon and important player in the organization’s rise in the sports-entertainment scene, won the Republican primary for Connecticut’s U.S. Senate seat last night. Leading up to November, in addition to facing Democrat Richard Blumenthal, she’ll also face questions about her past in the WWE.

But according to McMahon herself, focusing on the WWE will play right into her hands:

“If my opponents want to talk about soap opera content instead of focusing on issues, I will win again in November.” – Linda McMahon
