Letter from the President on the Continuation of the National Emergency with Respect to Certain Terrorist Attacks

September 10, 2010

Dear Madam Speaker: (Dear Mr. President:)

Section 202(d) of the National Emergencies Act, 50 U.S.C. 1622(d), provides for the automatic termination of a national emergency unless, prior to the anniversary date of its declaration, the President publishes in the Federal Register and transmits to the Congress a notice stating that the emergency is to continue in effect beyond the anniversary date. Consistent with this provision, I have sent to the Federal Register the enclosed notice, stating that the emergency declared with respect to the terrorist attacks on the United States of September 11, 2001, is to continue in effect for an additional year.

The terrorist threat that led to the declaration on September 14, 2001, of a national emergency continues. For this reason, I have determined that it is necessary to continue in effect after September 14, 2010, the national emergency with respect to the terrorist threat.

    TODAY, I remember the Cops and Firefighters and Port Authority running into 2 burning buildings, Landmarks. As they were doing that, OUR elected Reps. in Washington DC were running like scared Rats into safe shelters, because they are SO IMPORTAND.

    VOTE VOTE VOTE, It is our solemn duty to go and VOTE and get everyone around us and them to get everyone around them to go and VOTE! The only way that these betrayocrats are going to retain their seats in the House and Senate is by any other means than voting. Are we going to depend on the MSM to report who won? We all know who the MSM supports, SO my question is How are we going to be able to verify the votes when the Socialist/Progressive/Communists control the media? If WE, as an American People, all know that the vote should have gone another way, what are we to do because in my opinion there are no options left, we have lost our Country. Food for thought.
