I heard he was targeted cos he had bred a strain of pot that was twice as potent as any pot sold in the 1980′s or early 90′s.
Anyways, he did take a plea deal, something the video skirted around.

Why should we have any mercy on a man that flouts the law, especially a foreign national.
What makes him any different than the Mexican drug lords that think they don’t have to obey our laws.
Nothing.
In fact, I’d say it’s the Canadian hubris that they know better than we do that says he is even more dangerous as he expects to get special treatment just because he is Canadian.
