for those who don’t know, ALL plastic products that are on the market are far from being pure. They contain all sorts of additives. Many contain crushed talc (actually ground marble) to strengthen the plastic “alloy”. In the case with most “biodegradable” plastics, all that is done is to replace the talc with cornstarch. The cornstarch biodegrades an the plastic crumbles into microscopic pieces, but is still there.
