Time to fight back against this crap. “Pat downs” are Constitutionally cool IF…If…If…they are done with probable cause and prior to being taken into custody by the police. Period. You cannot legally random pick someone and search the hell out of them for no reason. I don’t mind the freaking metal detectors but this crap is beyond the pale.
