Too bad no one say Charlie Melancon’s concession speech in the race he lost to Senator David Vitter. He got beat by 19 pts in a state where the Dems outnumber the Pubs 2:1, and both Dem and Pub local political office holders, in his congressional district, all supported Vitter. The only votes that he got were Dem plantation dwellers.
