Las Vegas (AP) – Las Vegas police are trying to determine if the body found in Arizona on Tuesday is Deborah Flores-Narvez, the Las Vegas dancer that disappeared two weeks ago, the Las Vegas Review-Journal reports.

Tourists stumbled upon a woman’s body while hiking in the Lake Mead National Recreational Area on Thursday.

Clark County Coroner Mike Murphy will perform an autopsy on Friday in the presence of the Mohave medical examiner, the Las Vegas Review-Journal reported.

The 31-year-old burlesque beauty disappeared Dec. 12. Her car was found three days later abandoned. Ex-boyfriends have been questioned in the case but no arrests have been.

Las Vegas television station KTNV reports officials at Lake Mead say tourists found the body on the Arizona side of the lake along Kingman Wash Road. KSNV-TV in Las Vegas reports the body was burned.

The area is past the Hoover Dam Bridge, approximately one mile into the desert.

The Las Vegas Metropolitan Police Department, Mohave County Sheriff’s Office, and park rangers are investigating.
