No, the lameduck Congress was a time when certian so called Republican Senators (those who voted for repeal of DADT and for START) showed irresponsibility. The voters had just rejected Obama’s political course. The Republican Senators who voted for repeal of DADT and for START gave Obama a new political life. Stupid, irresponsible, stupid.
