Your point is well made. But I fear its worse than that. At this time our entire Government has become moot. The Executive branch is a known fraud and intentionally destroying the historic American system. The Judicial (Robert’s Court)is effete and purposefully avoiding their constitutional responsibility. And, as you note, the Legislative is both corrupt (Democrats) and cowardly (Republicans)such that a known domestic enemy is permitted to remain in power(the only people decieved by the bullshit is themselves). And finally, and most disturbingly, is that our military leadership has devolved into great dishonor and dereliction to ignore and fail in upholding the sacred oath of protecting our constitution and way of life against this specific threat. I never, NEVER, in my wildest dreams thought the entire history of military sacrifice by our brothers-in-arms, who have given the last full measure over- time and throughout history, would be so ignored, so disgraced, and so FORGOTTEN by our current military leadership as to permit this tragic and profound desecration of our Constitutional Republic. I am ashamed of my generation.
God save the Republic and damn this administration.

YOUR point is well made. I keep saying the same thing: Never in my wildest dreams . . . I am so happy my father is not here to see this; he loved this country.

However remember this: “Never give in–never, never, never, never, in nothing great or small, large or petty, never give in except to convictions of honour and good sense. Never yield to force; never yield to the apparently overwhelming might of the enemy.”

Sir Winston Churchill, Speech, 1941, Harrow School
    British politician (1874 – 1965)

That speech moved a country to do what seemed like an impossibility.
