In Hawaii, at the time Obama was born, anyone could obtain a Certificate of Live Birth, which is not a birth certificate, for anyone else, based only on their word, and not requiring any official substantiation from any hospital. The fact that Obama has a certificate of live birth proves nothing, as the document means nothing. The only thing that would prove it is a birth certificate, which, according to the governor himself, does not exist.

Pressure was mounting on Hawaii Governor Neil Abercrombie today amid increasing confusion over whether President Obama was born there.

Abercrombie said on Tuesday that an investigation had unearthed “papers” proving Obama was born in Hawaii in 1961.

He told Honolulu’s Star-Advertiser: ‘It actually exists in the archives, written down,’ he said.

But it became apparent that what had been discovered was an unspecified listing or notation of Obama’s birth that someone had made in the state archives and not a birth certificate.

And in the same interview Abercrombie suggested that a long-form, hospital-generated birth certificate for Barack Obama may not exist within the vital records maintained by the Hawaii Department of Health.

He said efforts were still being made to track down definitive vital records that would prove Obama was born in Hawaii.

World Net Daily:

Hawaii Gov. Neil Abercrombie suggested in an interview published today that a long-form, hospital-generated birth certificate for Barack Obama may not exist within the vital records maintained by the Hawaii Department of Health.

Abercrombie told the Honolulu Star Advertiser he was searching within the Hawaii Department of Health to find definitive vital records that would prove Obama was born in Hawaii, because the continuing eligibility controversy could hurt the president’s chances of re-election in 2012.

In his response, Abercrombie acknowledged the birth certificate issue will have “political implications” for the next presidential election “that we simply cannot have.”

    No Obama long form birth certificate? It would make sense of Obama’s strenuous litigation the issue, as opposed to McCain’s handling of it by disclosure of McCain’s birth certificate and hospital records and having prominent lawyers render a legal opinion on McCain’s eligibility to be POTUS under the natural born citizen requirement of the POTUS in Article II of the U.S. Constitution.

    The politically incorrect question is whether the natural born citizen requirement of the POTUS in Article II of the U.S. Constitution will be enforced or treated as a political dead letter.

    It is good that the House voted to repeal Obamacare. However, they should be focusing on the issue of eligibility. Every effort should be made by republicans in both House and Senate to remove the criminal fraud from office. This would render Obamacare and all other radical socialist agenda items moot. After the announcement that Obama does not have a birth certificate on file in Hawaii and the full knowledge that his parents were not both United States citizens, there can be no valid reason for congress not to act (other than the cowardice and dishonor so prevalent among their number).

    At this point a high quality forgery has not been produced. If congress fails to act first, I predict an authentic appearing forgery will be produced close to the 2012 election. The timing will be close enough to the election to counter the truthful claims of ineligibility, but not soon enough to forensically determine the document’s falsity prior to the election returns.

    Obama has no US Birth Certificate.
    Obama is a criminal fraud.
    Obama is a usurper in the office of POTUS.
    Obama is a domestic enemy.
    Failure to remove him renders the constitution meaningless. For if the constitution continues to be ignored, all US Law becomes arbitrary. Rule by arbitrary law is tyranny.

    If I could objectively just watch this play out it would be fascinating. Tom Clancy in collaboration with Charles Dickens could not have come up with a more intriguing plot.

    The usurpation of the US presidency by a numb-skull poser with a dark past who moves rapidly to destroy the last vestiges of liberty from the USA, and thereby the globe.

    All of this on the heals of an orchestrated financial meltdown of global proportions after making half of the western world feel guilty for even existing via the global warming hoax. Add in the global threat of Islamo-fascisim that the self-loathing-metrosexual people of the west think they can appease in true Neville Chamberlain
    fashion.

    Obama was adopted by Soetero, and his name change reflected that, meaning his original BC was closed. He never changed his name into Obama, going to all schools under a foreign student loan.
    It also made him a ‘indonesian citizen due to adoption’.

    A while back Doug Ross, at http://www.directorblue.blogspot.com had a chaed copy of Obamas law application under Obamas current name, but when asked whether he ever used any other names, he stated ‘no’.
    Shortly thereafter, 1 day or two later, this app was pulled, and was no longer available.
    You can only lie so much, sometimes one forgets to cover ‘all’ the tracks.
    As of this day, Obama, and Moochie are barred from practising law.
    I’, sure that Doug still has it in his history data.
