The Pursuit of Happiness is mentioned in the DOI not the Constitution. What a doofus. This guy makes decisions that affect your lives.

Now Charlie Sheen’s gonna cite “Pursuit of Happiness” every time he goes up for solicitation of prostitution. Thanks, “Leading Black Congressman.”

Hey wait a minute…this could be a good thing

LoL! How do these people get elected to office?

They promise free hand outs if people vote for them & people do.

If health care is deemed to be a right under the Constitution (which I doubt) than everyone would have to contribute money to the system including the millions of people who pay absolutely no taxes at the moment. I’m wondering if this congressman would be pushing this one payer agenda if his constituents knew they’d be forking overs some real money and not just getting another free entitlement.
