SAFE is comprised of four divisions, each strategically integrating with the other, in order to most effectively wage the full-spectrum warfare necessary to achieve its three primary goals.

3. The Litigation Division aka Litigation Ops

SAFE has put together a fund to sue any and all organizations actively involved in the crime of aiding and abetting illegal immigrants and drug cartels, with a special focus on organizations who do so by facilitating the employment and housing of illegal immigrants.

As SAFE is currently getting our legal operations in working order, we have begun to seek out and dialogue with appropriate law firms to handle such suits.

We are also honing our list of target organizations to sue.

      LOL! Also, the Dept. of Homeland Insecurity, the Congress, and the White House which have all failed their Constitutional obligations. America first! :beer:

      Holder’s performance as AG has been abysmal so far. Sad.

    On a serious note, those organizations aiding and abetting illegals and cartels are probably hiding under non-profit statuses.

    SAFE needs to investigate and expose these frauds. RICO statutes come to mind but we need elected officials who will support SAFE’s efforts.
